Pre-Hemmionids

A primitive sea-dwelling species of fungus that evolved early on in the history of planet Orceron, the Pre-Hemmionids were the evolutionary precursors of the Terrahemmionids and, much later, the Hemmoians. The first Pre-Hemmionids evolved almost 2 000 000 000 years ago in the Great Sea.

At some point in their evolution, through some twist of fate, a Pre-Hemmionid strain adapted to living on the shores of the forest continent of CCHemmo, slowly evolving into a species of their own.
