Commanding officer of the BES Melkirth during the First Bacterian War, Fleetlord Adramal Lugnashad XX was the ranking officer of the Bacterian strike force that participated in the HemmoCruiser Incident. It was eventually him who ordered the Bacterian fleet to stand down, marking the end of the War.
