Operator

In the Hemmoian Collective, an Operator is an official who operates a certain node in a given network. A single Operator may operate a number of nodes in a number of different networks at a time, but not entire networks, which are the domain of the Administrators.

Operators may be biological beings, Arificial Intelligences, or sophisticated expert system software processes.
