Sargath Cluster
From Peace Station Encyclopedia
Jump to navigationJump to searchAn outlying star cluster in the Bacterian Home Galaxy, OHSC 37 is so far from the body of the Bacterian Home Galaxy that no surrounding field is detected. The present observations suggest that the LMC stellar disk extends out to between ∼11 and 13 kpc in deprojected radius. The peculiar location of the cluster OHSC 37 might be explained as debris from previous interactions of the BHG with the Milky Way Galaxy and/or the Small Magellanic Cloud.
