Avaruushirviö

Currently, no solid evidence exists that would prove the existence of the fabled "Avaruushirviö", a monstrous space-faring creature that is said to be able to eat entire ships, with their shields at maximum, and in some stories, it is even capable of devouring small planets with its gigantic mouth, lined with huge teeth. While the descriptions of its abilities vary, the descriptions of its appearance always remain the same, which has led some people to believe the creature actually exists. Some have even theorized that the thing would live in another dimension, and would occasionally cross dimensions to feed on the minerals it can only acquire from planetary bodies in our dimension. However, most scientists believe the legend of the Avaruushirviö to be nothing more than stories made up by bored ship captains during long, lonely missions in deep space.
