Catopsilia

Commander Catopsilia of the Imperial Bacterian Navy was part of the "hunting party" in the Beta Quadrant led by fleetlord Alsophilia Bacillus. Previously a sub-commander, he made full commander when commander Gortynoides was executed by Bacillus.
