Cerlat is located in the Mechanoid home system in the Alpha Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy.

The world itself hasn't had many visitors from other species. However, what is known about it, is that it seems to be a vast complex of industrial plants and machinery working endlessly to produce some sorts of industrial goods.
