Day glow

Whoever set this place was as the saying goes, "a few short of a six-pack"; someone persuaded the citizens to believe that if the city would be constructed into a huge tower it would "save the natural resources of the planet and make the spirits of the sky smile gladly upon the entire planet".

The citizens started the construction of their "tower city" and when the first stages of it was completed, the whole tower fell on the cheering crowd thus killing all of the them. The ruins of this project have been left "as is" and no-one's bothered to resettle the construction site.
