A type of neural ailment manifesting itself mostly in Hemmoians, Deed can be considered a kind of "neural overload" resulting from excessive use of cranial implants. The brain, unable to cope with the levels of sensory input it is receiving, attempts to remedy the situation by "resetting" or, in the N. variant of syndrome, shutting down, resulting in catatonia.
