Derew

Derew is one of the worlds that the intergalactic community asked for the Mechanoids to alter habitable for other lifeforms visiting the system. It serves as a meeting point for Mechanoid authorities and various races wishing to do business and conduct important matters. It could be described as the courtyard of the entire Mechanoid home system. It is located in the Alpha Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Derew in particular is an attempt by the Mechanoids to illustrate their somewhat bizarre looking culture to the outside world: thus the planet houses structures, architecture, arts, vehicles and general museums built in Galactic standards that try to explain the Mechanoid culture.
