Ecar 9 Deid

Ecar 9 Deid, also known by the nickname "Doctor", was a trooper of the Independent Hypersentience Army Division 712, 1st Unit. Unlike most IHA members, Deid was a fresh volunteer. Xe had a medical background and was quickly assigned as the medic of the unit.

Once the Independent Hypersentience state was refounded as the Hemmoian Federation, Deid was reassigned into the Hemmoian Special Forces.
