F-Wing Air Superiority Fighter

Used by the UO Armed Forces during the V3 War, the F-Wing Air Superiority Fighter was strictly limited to missions in planetary atmospheres. However, the absence of complex life support and propulsion systems allowed for greater weapons payloads and better maneuverability when compared to the starfighters of the day. F-Wings were often deployed to support ground units and a great many planetary military bases had squadrons of them in constant readiness.
