Gliese 570 A is a relatively dim star. Overall, in luminosity and age, it is similar to the very nearby star Epsilon Indi. The star is also known as HIP 73184.
Gliese 570 has a distant companion, Gliese 570 B, in a wide orbit of 142 AU.
