Great Deserts

Although a desolate wasteland, the region known as the Great Deserts was a home and a hiding place to many Orc clans, outlaw groups, moisture farmers, outcasts and other disadvantaged people on planet Orceron.

Sand buggys, hovercraft, Clanships and various other vehicles could often be observed zooming through the Deserts, leaving a huge trail of dust behind, and there were some regions filled with debris from destroyed ships and vehicles, their rotting hulks stripped clean of working technology by the scavenging clans and outlaws. The Great Deserts remained a no-man's-land right to the point of Orceron's destruction in the Great Cataclysm, although the Orc Patrol did organize satellite surveillance and border patrol runs in the area.

The region was also connected into the Orceronian rail network via the Line 25 railroad relatively early in the history of Orceron. This railway remained the sole means of public transportation into the region until the planet's destruction.

The initial detonation point of the Ho'Kan Planet Killer was located somewhere in the Great Deserts, near Registered Moisture Farm 5.
