Gum 35

Also called RCW 54a, this HII region is associated with the giant molecular cloud GCB88 13. Spanning 23 parsecs, it is located in the Alpha Quadrant, in GA space. The region is ionised by the Type WR star WR 35.

The infrared cluster DBS2003 57 is also reported to be in this direction.
