High Fleetlord Council

The High Fleetlord Council was a series of councils appointed to advise and assist the Emperor of the Bacterian Empire in the direction of affairs of the Imperial Navy.

For the periods the Emperor was unavailable, the High Fleetlord Council could issue some directives to the Imperial Navy by themselves, as they were considered the rightful commanders of the fleets. The Court of Bacterium was to be represented in the High Fleetlord Council at all times, but there were occasions the Council gathered without such a representative.
