Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Independent Hypersentience Interplanetary Exchange (IHIPEX) was the merchant marine equivalent of the Independent Hypersentience Collective, consisting of licensed freighters and transports operating under the directives of the IHC Interplanetary Resource Allocation Policy (IPRAP).
Vessels operating under IHIPEX carried the designation IHXV, for Independent Hypersentience Exchange Vessel.
