Interplanetary Ground Forces

The Interplanetary Ground Forces (IPGF) are the planetary branch of the Interplanetary Alliance Military (IAM). Like most modern ground armies, the ranks of the IPGF consist mostly of cloned infantry.

Chain of command

As with the rest of the IPA military, the IPGF is controlled by the orders of the IPA Council. Unlike the Interplanetary Fleet however, there are no generals from the IPGF in the Council. The Fleet thus has control over the ground forces in decision-making.
