History
The V3 Alliance assumed control of the world. The Governor of the world was Areh, the Economist.
Facilities
Planet 884, or Noar, as it became called, eventually developed to be the Xaron Consortium's prime research and development colony. The world included a fleet production line, residential facilities, resources processing facilities, energy plants and research labs.
Economy
Noar 884 was known for its production of xxx, a proprietary substance. It was also a center of V3 Alliance weapons and technology development, producing the mainstay starship weaponry, the V3 Assault Beam and V3 Focus Beam.
