Orceronian sour milk

A favored Orcish drink, also known by its Örkix name ZQZÅOOQ, prepared from whole milk via fermentation by bacteria. May also be eaten from a bowl using a spoon. Said to have a stabilizing effect on the stomach.

Flavor may be added with fruits or berries, for instance orcberries, or by adding sugar. A range of different bacterial strains have been grown in laboratories, providing a whole range of different kinds of sour milk, with different tastes.

The drink was found by the Orcish Community to be of such nutritional quality it was often taken along in large quantities to long space voyages.

Although the world of Orceron is long dead, the practice of manufacturing sour milk still goes on among the Orcs and the Orcish worlds.
