Otto Hedax

A vice-admiral in the Gigerdi Alliance Starfleet, Hedax is the commanding officer of the GAS Hammerfest, which defected to Nix Balmorra's side during the GA civil war. His ship helped in catching several of Kapu's "Generals", responsible for war crimes against the Bacterians. The Hammerfest lived through the Beta Quadrant Conflict and the Emissary campaign.
