Overmaster Militant of the Colonial Marines

The Overmaster Militant of the Colonial Marines (OMCM) is the highest-ranking officer in the United Orcs Colonial Marines and is a member of the UO Security Council. The OMCM reports directly to the Grand Admiral of the UOSF and is responsible for ensuring the organization, policy, plans, and programs for the UOCM as well as advising the High Representative, the Commissioner of Defense and the UOSF on matters involving the UOCM. Under the authority of the UOSF Admiralty, the OMCM designates Marine personnel and resources to the commanders of UOSF task forces.
