Palace of the Great Council

The Palace of the Great Council is a vast archology-type structure in the heart of Aldaain Centrum, the capital city of planet Aldaain. It is the ultimate seat of government for the Hemmoian Federation, housing the chambers of both the Great Council and the Päähemmo himself.

History

The original Palace was constructed shortly after the foundation of the Hemmoian Federation and the creation of the Great Council. Typical of Aldaainian architecture, this structure still remains in the heart of the current Palace, a much larger structure built around the old one.

Location

The Palace of the Great Council is located deep under the several city layers of the Aldaainian gigalopolis, close to the actual surface of the world. This has allowed the building to remain unharmed by the several devastating attacks on the world. During The Darkening, the building sustained only superficial damage although targeted by several high-energy plasmic pulse charges, while several city levels directly above the Palace were decimated.

Security

The Palace is guarded by Hemmoian Palace Guards, a special class of Hemmoian cyborg.
