Personal Plasmacaster

A Hemmoian weapon implant. Personal Plasmacasters remained completely hidden inside the user's shoulder and extended their barrel quickly, dispensed a deadly load of burning plasma, then retracted again, making them the perfect weapon for diplomats and other Hemmoian personnel who needed protection but didn't want to be seen carrying weapons.
