The Progression of Woe remnant seen in X-ray/Infrared composite.

The Progression of Woe is a supernova remnant in the Bacterian Home Galaxy. Also known as N132D, the remnant appears to contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons that survived the supernova explosion.

The supernova occurred 3000 years ago + light travel time.
