A world with exotic conditions resulting in large deposits of degenerate matter, Quasi-Degenerate Wolrds are usually extremely dangerous due to tremendous gravity fields, magnetic fields and radiation, but are regarded as highly valuable because of their rarity and resources.

Quasi-degenerate worlds are typically pulsar planets. An example is PSR J1719-1438 b, a pulsar planet.
