Second Council of Collective Deputies

The Second Council of Collective Deputies of the Independent Hypersentiences was the second government of the IHC, led by Oleghatuur of the Collective Citizens Network.

Oleghatuur was elected on a platform of increasing research output across the Collective.

This proved short-lived, however, as Reevlod made a return in the next elections. Already having reached an old age, Oleghatuur left politics to explore the galaxy.

The Second Council moved from the inwards looking policies of social unity and harmony to colonial expansion and accelerated scientific research.
