The Timocracy culture is highly homogenous among all member races meaning that there are very little variations between the races except in their basic personality.

Historical changes

It is unknown how the Timocracy culture has evolved over the years, but it is suspected that it has undergone major changes after the great exodus took place.

People

As the Timocracy is a collection of various races there are obviously some racial differences. However, all the major races are treated equally as well as all genders. The differences arise only when property ownership is in question. In that case there is clear social structure in place. The lowest ranked are those without any owned property, after this comes low-value property owners and then the ranking increases steadily to the highest level. The exact amount of these levels is not known, but these levels also define one's capability in participating in politics. For example, the lowest property owners can only participate and vote in region scale affairs. However, you do not need to be at the top level to participate or vote in the Timocracy government. Although Timocracy can be considered as a class society there is very little conflict between the classes, at least what has been observed.

Although all major races are treated equally they usually have very specific tasks. For example Ogl73-,. are almost exclusively soldiers and very rarely can them be found in other duties, nor are the other races often found in military duties. Mentrars are most often involved in administrative duties and services, for example healthcare. They also act as military commanders. Klempês function often in scientific and engineering duties as well as in education. Klergs act as the police force and intelligence service. The minor races act as workers and builders. It is unknown whether they are forced to do it or if they are doing it out of free will or through some kind of mind control.

Religion

Unknown, though some type of religion is suspected.

Racial minorities

The major races (Mentrar, Ogl73-,., Klergs and Klempês) are all considered equal, but the minor races are lower class. Mainly because they are rarely property owners. Actual slavery hasn't been fully confirmed.

Telepaths

Unknown, though it is believed that none of the races are telepathic.

Family structure

The Timocracy doesn't seem to have any kind of family structure as cloning and incubation facilities are used to produce additional population. It seems that the society as a whole acts as the family since children are usually cared from their birth in centralized facilities and educated in large schools.

Festivities and traditions

Unknown, but rumored to have several different festivities.

Literature

Literature seems to be popular and practiced by all the races, however, details on the current popular styles remain unknown.

Visual arts

3D paintings are commonplace and the most popular direction seems to be depiction of various scenery. Other forms of visual arts are also practiced, but are less popular.

Architecture

Timocracy architecture is highly homogenous and involves the use of only few colors. Especially gray, black and purple are commonplace. Wallpapers, decorations and paintings (2D and 3D) are very common even on government buildings, which are also often devoid of other colors, but sometimes "realistic" coloring can also be utilized. Buildings themselves are usually quite short, but the shapes are often spherical, circular or elliptical.

Painting

3D and 2D paintings are very popular and it is more than common to have houses with multiple paintings or even paintings covering a whole wall. Both digital and conventional methods are used.

Sculpture

Digital sculpture is more common than traditional.

Holovision

Holovision is mainly used for information, but there is also some entertainment available.

Fashion

Varies usually depending on the person's social status and occupation.

Media and communications

There is only one media network which is operated by the central government, however, this is separated to several different units that work on regional, planetary, system, galactic and extra-galactic scale.

Education

Education is highly valued and every member of the Timocracy must participate in education until they have attained the required know-how. All children initially participate in the same schools that can have even tens of thousands of students. The children also live in the school campus. After specific knowledge level is attained the races usually move to schools where they are educated on their race-specific duties. It is very rare for, for example, Mentrars to become standard soldiers. When the races are no longer educated together they, however, still live together as all the race-specific schools are located in the same buildings. This prevents any possible alienation.

Language

One standard language is used, but some regional dialects also exist.

Cuisine

Varies between species, for example Ogl73-,. are considered as vegetarians.

Public holidays

Some are believed to exist.

Sports

Unknown, but it is believed that the Timocracy has active sports network.
