Type Be star

Stars that exhibit certain spectral characteristics of Beryllium, type Be stellar bodies are very luminous, massive and hot. They tend to rotate at astonishing speeds - so fast that their equatorial regions bulge and they become flattened spheres. They also consistently fling off gas, which settles into an equatorial ring around the star, giving it an appearance similar to a ringed planet.
