UO Emergency Government on the Refuge

The United Orcs Emergency Government on the Refuge, also known as the United Orcs Government-in-Exile, was an emergency cabinet of the UO Government formed during the First Bacterian War, with most of the cabinet members dead or stranded due to the Siege of Aldaain. It convened on the Refuge, a former Mining Station transformed into a refugee camp. The acting head of government was Overhemmo 401 of the Hemmoian Unity, the seniormost surviving official.
