Uggo Uginen
Uggo Uginen was the leader of the Orceronian Orc Party. He was known for wearing a red cap and was an avid member of the Orceronian National Deathray Association.
In the United Orcs Commission he opposed all deathray control laws, stating "There is not a single academic study that claims deathrays increase crime rates in urban centers. If the criminals didn't have deathrays, they'd just use knives, or possibly something even worse, like laser-guided rocket-propelled grenade launchers ... As an Orceronian, it's my right to carry a deathray for legitimate self-defense and hunting purposes in my home, at the grocery store, and in daycare centers." He went on to add, "When handled properly, a deathray is entirely harmless ... if you don't count the atomic radiation from the power pack."
