Weather controller system

A Weather Controller System is a type of advanced terraforming facility offering complete command over the weather conditions of an entire planetary atmosphere. The system often consists of a network of various facilities around the world, operating independently or linked together, causing complex chemical reactions (Atmosphere Processors), regulating pressure fronts, and maintaining desirable temperatures (Temperature Controllers).

Setting up a weather controller system is a complicated process requiring heavy studies in the meteorology and climatology of the local planetary atmosphere, as the atmospheres of each world tend to be unique in some way. A mismanaged controller system may cause untold amounts of damage to the world's value and conditions.
