Xindar

Xindar was an ancient Gigerdian war chief from an unknown tribe. The tribe which he had led was situated in the Grendarii Mountains on Gigerdi Prime.

Xindar is to believed to have lived about a thousand years before the creation of the Gigerdi Federation and of any faster than light travel.

Xindar is also believed to have encountered an unknown spacecraft of some sort, which had greatly bewildered him during the encounter. Tales also state that Xindar had attempted to communicate and even engage the unknown craft in melee combat, but the craft had not responded in any way.

This legend is believed to be clear evidence that an unknown civilization had at least once attempted to contact the Gigerdians or accidentally visit the Gigerdian homeworld.
