Administrator
In the Hemmoian Collective, an Administrator is a powerful entity who oversees the functioning of a particular network or sub-network, in many cases an entire Planet-Wide Network. Administrators can be normal biological members of the Collective linked into a high-speed neural interface (possibly with permanent residence inside a HiberChamber), the consciousnesses of former biologicals uploaded into computerized neural networks, or Artificial Intelligence constructs, although the difference between the three can get blurred within the Collective.
Administrators have access to their own omnipresent high-priority network (AdminNET) through the Collective's Tertiary Data Loop. This network is used for maintenance, diagnostics and administration purposes and is operated by the HFed Digital Administration Department.
