An organization of environmentalists protesting against the use of subspace communications and FTL travel such as the Warp Drive which they claimed to "pollute subspace". Popular during the Peace Station Era, but had relatively effect on the actual environmental policies of major stellar governments.

One of the most common targets of the APS was the infamous subspace talk show Bullshit Today, which was known for ridiculing the Association's stance as a running joke. In a press release, the show's hosts Otnex Ebert and Siskel 208 Rewot stated in the future, each broadcast of their show would "be as harmful to subspace as possible" just to cause further commotion among the ranks of the environmentalists.
