Commonality of Tooled Hemmo

The Commonality of Tooled Hemmo was a short-lived proto-collectivist government that existed in the Tooled Hemmo system during the Great Chaos.

Foundation

With ties to Aldaain cut during the Great Chaos, the Tooled Hemmo system declared independence and formed the Commonality of Tooled Hemmo. The Commonality ruled under the guidance of Administrator Highstool who was from the city of Eelevjen on Tooled Hemmo I.

The Tooled Hemmo Security Force, at the time led by High Commander Blisterwort, became the only law enforcement in the area.

Reintegration

With contact re-established by the UO in the Unity Flight, the Commonality nominally rejoined the Union. The star system, however, remained a hotbed of collectivist thought, and eventually saw the foundation of the Independent Hypersentience Collective.
