Jump to navigationJump to searchEnsign, 2nd Class is a rank above Cadet and below Ensign in the GA Military. This rank is usually achieved after about a year or two of active service in either the fleet or ground force service branch. 2nd class Ensigns usually serve in active duty positions in their own distinctive training fields - i.e. as communications crewmen or technicians.
