Henkka the Lihter

A Lihter by the name of Henkka was the colonial governor of the Human colony of Pluto during the Timocracy War. He was unlike others of his species and was often seen drinking heavily in the various bars around the colony not to mention his unusual aggressive tendencies.

To make matters worse, Henkka found out that his wife had an affair with a human transport jockey by the name of "Göran". Henkka shot Göran and was sentenced to life in jail in a district court on Earth; the punishment was unusually harsh but the judge ruled the case to be a crime of passion.
