IPAS Wake Island

The IPAS Wake Island was a transport ship belonging to the Interplanetary Alliance during the Beta Quadrant Conflict. It was successfully boarded and captured by GA forces during the early stages of the conflict. 10 members of the crew were taken prisoner and the ship was loaded with extremely powerful explosives and programmed to continue its' course towards a meeting point with other IPA forces. In the ensuing situation the IPA vessel IPAS Kilby was heavily damaged by the explosion caused by the Wake Island and had to abandoned.
