The Inter-Hemmoian Media Services (IHMS) is an independent media corporation formed by citizens of the DHR and the Riletian Republic to act as an alternative to the HFed-controlled Hemmoian Collective Newsfeed (HCNF). It is supposed to maintain complete neutrality in its reports.
