Sagittarius Gate

The Sagittarius Gate is an Inter-Galactic Gate located connecting the Sagittarius Dwarf Elliptical Galaxy and the Milky Way Galaxy. It is the primary method of travel between the Milky Way Galaxy and the Bacterian Home Galaxy, used by the Bacterian Empire to colonize the Gamma Quadrant thousands of years ago.

Known uses

Thousands of years ago, the First Void Expurgation that resulted in the first Bacterian colonies in the Gamma Qauadrant was performed through this Gate. Later, the Bacterians would spread from here to the rest of the Milky Way.

During the Grim Expurgation, the Imperial Bacterian Sword of the Emperor fleet used the Sagittarius Gate to travel to the Bacterian Home Galaxy and back.

The Gate was also used in the Great Bacterian Exodus.
