Tertiary Hemmoian Science Collective

A HFed government-funded organization devoted to scientific study, similar to the Greater Hemmoian Science Assembly. These two bodies acted independently of each other and did not have an overlap in members. The Tertiary Science Collective, unlike the Greater Science Assembly, does not have a representative in the Great Council and is less politically motivated in its pursuits.
