Tupla City

Tupla City is located in the primitive human colony of Chicago in the Beta Quadrant. Tupla City itself was quite a peculiar sight: due to one reason or the other, the city itself had two exact duplicates of everyone of its' citizens. It also featured two law enforcement officials instead of one for its' size. This was quite odd, even for Chicago's standards, but despite it many of the other inhabitants of the world seemed to consider life in this city somehow better above all the rest.
