Vlad Sagdiyev

Captain Vlad Sagdiyev of the UCP Starfleet was the commanding officer of the UCS Switzerland during the Beta Quadrant Conflict. He was killed in action during Operation Sundevil when his starship was destroyed by IHSF vessels.
