History
The system was a member of the interstellar Independent Hypersentience state. The system provided much needed military-industrial resources for the new state, as many of the starships that formed the Independent Hypersentience Starfleet were initially constructed at the Zoltan Orbital Spaceyards in orbit of Zoltan II.
The system joined the Hemmoian Federation upon its foundation.
