Herenis Trygg

A Colonel of the United Orcs Army, Herenis Trygg was in command of the 475th Heavy Mechanized Division. The division, reinforced by Colonial Marine elements, made planetfall on Umitaf 478 during the First Bacterian War. It was soon discovered that the entire population of the colony was lost, turned into twisted killing machines by Bacterian parasites.

When it became clear the colony could not be saved, Trygg ordered a nuclear strike on the colony. His forces later re-established contact with the remains of the UO military and set course for The Refuge.

Trygg perished in the Battle of the Refuge along with his ship, ordering a jump maneuver inside one of the Bacterian motherships in order to buy time for the newly finished UOSF HemmoCruiser III to escape from the system. He and his crew were posthumously awarded the Ultraviolet Star for their exceptional courage in the face of the enemy.
