Also known as the Sanctuary 1 class Custom Light Scout Cruiser, the Sanctuary 1 was the personal "shuttle” of Emperor Kyle Gigerdi. It was constructed at the orbital ship yards in the Gigerdi Confederation throne world of Gigerdii 2.
The Sanctuary 1 was made for very few passengers or crewmembers. The ship was fitted with the warp drive and some of the weapon technology of the Official Gigerdi Government.
The Sanctuary 1 made only two journeys in its lifetime. First from Gigerdii 2 to the legendary Peace Station, where Kyle decided to go save the Gigerdian prisoners from a Timocracy prison planet with the help of the official government's emperor Mad Gigerdi. Just after the initial foundation of the Gigerdi Alliance they were both killed by Timocracy soldiers, but several prisoners got away and reached the Sanctuary 1, fleeing from the planet.
Later, the Sanctuary 1 was destroyed by the Timocracy fleets in Cumasaar system, just before the final battle against the Timocracy's forces.
