The Ipser system is the control system of the Interplanetary Alliance. It's located in the area which liberated itself from the Gigerdi Alliance. Ipser is mostly an industry system, since it has lots of industrial colonies, and is one of the main industrial centers in the Interplanetary Alliance. The system has several large planets. Baco and Amananth were formerly gas giants, but were converted into Terran and desert planets.
